- engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
- distribute malicious or harmful content
Compliance With Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)
- Do Not Call regulations
- call recording consent laws
- consumer protection laws
Users are responsible for ensuring that all communications comply with applicable regulations.
Enforcement
Magicline.ai may investigate suspected violations of this policy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal risk.
