Magicline.ai does not determine the recipients, timing, or content of communications initiated using the Services.
Your Responsibilities
As a user of Magicline.ai, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the TCPA and all applicable laws. This includes:
- Obtaining prior express written consent before making marketing calls or sending marketing texts
- Honoring Do Not Call (DNC) requests and maintaining your own DNC list
- Providing clear identification and contact information in your communications
- Including opt-out instructions in marketing messages where required
- Complying with call recording consent laws in applicable jurisdictions
Consent
The TCPA generally requires prior express consent for autodialed or prerecorded calls and marketing texts. For certain marketing communications, prior express written consent may be required. You must obtain and maintain records of consent from the individuals you contact.
Magicline.ai does not obtain consent on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have valid consent before initiating communications.
Do Not Call
You must not contact individuals who have requested not to be contacted or who are listed on state or national Do Not Call registries, unless you have an applicable exemption or the individual has provided consent.
Call Recording
Many jurisdictions require consent before recording a call. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with call recording laws in the states or countries where you operate. Magicline.ai provides tools that may support recording; you must configure and use them in accordance with applicable law.
Automated Calling and AI Voice
If you use automated calling, AI voice agents, or prerecorded messages through the Services, you must ensure that such communications comply with applicable consent and disclosure requirements under the TCPA and other laws.
